• Footwear: Bare feet are best! No shoes. Socks are ok for some moves. Interested in additional support? Swing by our store to pick up some ankle support socks that complement your moves.
• Tops: Support meets style in a sports bra or tank top. Choose what makes you feel secure and allows for those full extensions.
• Bottoms: Embrace the grip with spanks or short shorts. They’re not just flattering – they’re your secret weapon for that flawless hold on the pole.
* Jewelry should be removed to avoid injury - especially rings.

Safety Policies
**Equipment Use**: All members must use pole and studio equipment as instructed. Misuse or reckless behavior will not be tolerated.
**Injury Reporting**: Injuries must be reported immediately to the instructor or studio staff. Appropriate first aid will be administered, and further medical attention will be advised if necessary.
Health and Hygiene Policies
**Cleanliness**: Members must maintain high standards of personal hygiene. Equipment and poles must be cleaned with provided wipes after each use.
**Health Checks**: Members should not attend classes if exhibiting symptoms of contagious illnesses. Members may be asked to provide health clearance in certain situations.
Class Scheduling and Attendance Policies
**Booking Classes**: Classes must be booked in advance through our website or studio app.
**Late Arrivals**: Members arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be allowed to join the class for safety reasons.

**No-Show and Late Cancellation** Policy for Commitment Members at Pixie’s Pole Gym
At Pixie’s Pole Gym, we strive to offer our members top-notch classes and support them in achieving their fitness goals. To ensure fair access to our classes for all members, we have instituted the following no-show and late cancellation policy for our commitment members.
Definitions:
• No-Show: Not attending a class you’re registered for without cancelling at least 8 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Late Cancellation: Cancelling a class less than 8 hours before its scheduled start time.
• Blackout Period for Morning Classes: For classes scheduled to start before 12:00 PM, cancellations must be made by 8:00 PM the night before.
Policy Details:
1. Fee: A $25 fee can be charged to commitment members who fail to show up for a class or cancel less than 8 hours before the start time.
2. Notification: Members are required to cancel their class registrations through our [TeamUp: app, website, phone call, etc.] at least 8 hours in advance to avoid the no-show/late cancellation fee. Remember the blackout period for morning classes.
3. Quarterly Waiver: Each commitment member can receive a one-time waiver of the no-show or late cancellation fee every quarter, as a courtesy.
4. Payment: The no-show/late cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the member’s account on file. Members will be notified via email about this charge.
5. Disputes: If you believe a no-show or late cancellation fee has been incorrectly applied to your account, please contact us within 7 days of the charge to dispute it.
6. Repeated Offenses: Members who consistently miss classes without proper cancellation may face additional consequences, including suspension of booking privileges or termination of membership.
Why This Policy Is Important:
This policy is designed to maximize class availability and ensure that all members have the opportunity to attend our classes. No-shows and late cancellations prevent other members from being able to participate in classes they could have attended. Implementing this policy allows us to maintain fairness and accessibility for our entire community.
